Privacy Statement
NRAI recognizes your concern about privacy. This privacy statement is designed to inform you of our policies and practices and applies
to both our current and former clients.
Information Collected
We collect only that relevant client information that we are allowed or are required to obtain in order to conduct business with you such as:
Information we receive or have received from you on an account application or other forms - such as name, address, credit card number, etc. - and which
is necessary for us to establish an account and conduct business with you.

No Rent Or Sell Policy
NRAI does not rent or sell client information to anyone. In addition, only those within our firm who have a job responsibility that would

Client information, including credit history information, may be shared with companies affiliated with NRAI when it is necessary to
complete our service to you. Our affiliated companies share our concern for your privacy and have adopted similar privacy policies.
Non Affiliated Firms
As permitted by law, we may disclose client information only for the business purposes of providing services and for no other reason.
As a rule, we will not disclose this information unless it is absolutely necessary to perform the requested service.

Confidetiality
NRAI insists upon confidentiality when it comes to client information. Subject to disciplinary action, including termination of employment,
we require that our employees respect the confidentiality of client information.
Internet Privacy
When you visit our web site there are some types of information that we obtain - including:
The information you provide - such as name, company, demographic data, credit card information and the like. At times, you may also respond
to an online questionnaire - from which we will collect the data and use it for marketing purposes.
E-Mail addresses - if you supply us with your e-mail address - we may on occasion - send you a message or newsletter about our products.
These e-mail messages also provide you the opportunity to "unsubscribe".
Information That We Collect Automatically
Cookies: NRAI may use "cookies" to help recognize you as a visitor to our site. You may visit our site, start to logon to our software and
find that your account number and name are already entered in the necessary fields. We do not use "cookies" to obtain either your e-mail
address or any personal identifying information. If you choose, you can configure your computer to disable "cookies".
IP Addresses - When you logon to our software application, you enter through our firewall. At that time, we "capture" your IP address.
We do so in order to help identify any connection issues and to identify its point of origin.
E-Mail - We will reply to any e-mail you send us. We will not use an e-mail address that we obtain in this way to send you marketing or
promotional materials.
